• Prepare and distribute project cost reports that will indicate actual costs compared to the construction budget
• Evaluate subcontractor bids with a recommendation to the owner in regard to the award of each construction contract
• Prepare and distribute monthly cash flow report
  
• Process progress payments submitted by subcontractors and prepare progress payment report for client review
  
• Ensure subcontractors' schedule of values are continuously updated
• Verify all required permits, bonds, and insurance have been obtained
